We consulted Mr Trotter about our 3 yr olds snoring and breathing sleep disorder. He immediately put our son at ease and he really listened to our concerns and to a tape recording of our child sleeping. He identified the need for tonsillectomy with potential adenoid removal and informed us a about the risks and benefits of the operation. On the day of the operation Mr Trotter again reassured us answering our questions, provided us a clear pain management plan post surgery and gladly the operation was a success. Within 48 hours our child's breathing and sleeping was dramatically improved. Pain management post tonsillectomy for a 3 year old had it challenges as we were warned! Mr Trotter has a warm, relaxed and open manner and we would consult with him again should the need arise. Our child wants to go back to see him again soon! Thanks again Mr Trotter.

Very positive and upbeat, put me at ease at once. He had looked down my throat before I had hardly registered what he was doing...... This was excellent as I was very nervous. He was very reassuring and made me feel I could trust what he said, referred me to a speech therapist, and in no time I was on my way to recovery. I chose Mr Trotter from a list of four specialists my GP gave me as I liked his web profile, and his charming smile so chose to see him. I had also decided that it might be a good idea to try younger, more recently qualified medical help following a post op complication not notified to me by my 'mature' cardio thoracic surgeon. Mr Trotter is very good at talking to me not at me.

Mr Trotter preformed a ear operation to rebuild my ear drum and repair a fracture ear bone. My hearing was greatly impaired and every day was a struggle to hear. I was very nervous re: the operation, But from my very first appointment with Mr Trotter he made me feel totally a ease, and more importantly due to his professionalism made me feel very confident that my operation would be a success. I feel that he hears what you have to say re: any concerns you may have, and has a way of allaying any fears you may have. I found him to have a very approachable and down to earth persona, which i think gos a long way when very often under such circumstances you are already feeling concerned. He really is a true professional at his job,and while i realize things can sometimes go wrong, i really felt that under his care he would see to it to the very best of his ability that it didn't. I had my ear operation in September of last year, and needless to say it was a success. Mr trotter restored my hearing, (my goodness i once took for granted such a precious sense) until i lost it but with the skill of Mr Trotter, i am now blessed with my hearing intact. I can not thank him enough for the work he has done, all in a days work for him,but truly what a gift to give to someone, their ability to hear again! I Feel anyone that is under his care should be reassured that they are in very capable hands. He came to see how i was doing shortly after my operation, which i really appreciated and didn't expect. He really is a genuinely nice guy. Thank you again Mr Trotter.

My son had grommets fitted in may and we saw Mr Trotter before the operation for a consultation. From the moment we met him we were all put as ease with his friendly professional manner. He explained everything carefully to us and answered any questions we had. On the day of the operation he explained what would happen before the surgery started and after reassured us everything went well. We were going on holiday a few weeks later so he arranged a follow up appointment to see us before we went away. At the meeting again he was wonderful with our son making it a fun and friendly visit. He explained the next steps and gave us a pescription to take on holiday should we need it.(which we didn't) This to us showed that he really cared about our son's wellbeing and put our minds at ease. We would recommend Mr Trotter to anyone without any hesitation.
